Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your STARE sunglasses. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To request a return, please contact us at louise@lmfox.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging and accessories included.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Where you cancel an online order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we will only refund the equivalent standard delivery cost.

If your sunglasses arrive faulty, damaged or are not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Please note: Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

That's much safer and more professional. UK online customers have a 14-day cancellation period, then another 14 days to return the goods, and the retailer generally has 14 days to refund after receiving the goods back (or earlier proof of return).
